Well, it’s been a couple weeks since I got my 1998 Toyota Tacoma from you delivered to me here in Phoenix.  It’s really been great having this truck.

I wanted you and your customers to know that the experience I had with you guys at Street Smart was probably the most hassle-free vehicle deal I’ve ever had and over 40 years, I’ve had quite a few.  

After several months of shopping Auto Trader for my specific truck, I was able to find this one at your establishment.  

The price was better than than I had seen for the mileage on the vehicle.  I assumed it needed some repairs that were going to be pretty major but after talking with you on the phone and learning it had been gone over in your shop, I decided to take a chance and buy it sight unseen.  

You were even able to arrange for it to come to me and the price for transport as well was very reasonable.  After I got the truck, I took it in to my own mechanic to  have it checked over and you were right, nothing major wrong with it.  

I got a deal...from a used car salesman!!  In my opinion, you guys broke the rules.

I’m enclosing the check to the Az DMV voided out since they were unable to issue a credit for the overpayment.  Let’s just say they provided the only hassle in this transaction.  You can have your business office re-issue it directly to me.

It's Jim from Tulsa. I know that you have heard that after answering the phone on more than a few occasions.

You heard it from the office of the loan officer I was dealing with the day after I committed by phone to make the purchase.

I went to my credit union the next day and my loan officer couldn't believe I was buying a truck over the internet, sight unseen from over 500 miles away.

Unknown to you, she was required to do a background check on Street Smart before she could initiate any transaction, your business passed with flying colors.

After the two of you worked out the details of the title, sight draft and funds transfers she turned to me and said he is very knowledgeable and professional. 

Everything went off without any problems or hassle.

I've been driving my "new to me truck" for five days now and I am happy to report that I am more pleased with it now than on day one. You told me that when your guys went over it they green lighted every check that was performed.

I do all my own maintenance and repairs on our family fleet and after going through all my checks on this vehicle I have been impressed, not a single item needs immediate attention and the one thing that will need to be looked at in the next 10K miles was not as concerning as you disclosed to me before my purchase. 

Your description of the strong engine, smooth shifting transmission, clean transfers in and out of 4WD and locking - unlocking rear axle were very accurate. 

Your commitment and followthrough to getting the truck delivered within the agreed upon timeframe was greatly appreciated.

The lower cost shipping option did not come through, but you upheld your end without asking for or requiring any copayment by me. That was a man keeping his word even though I know your costs were higher than you had estimated.

I want to thank you and Street Smart for the great deal on the truck that I was actively seeking for eight months before you made it possible for me to own it.

Hi Josh,

I wanted to personally write to you and thank you for a very pleasant car buying experience.

I had been searching for a used car for my wife's son for weeks, before coming up on your store. We had gone through Craigslist, Autotrader, Cars.com and Carmax before we just happened to stumble onto Street Smart Auto Brokers, and we are glad we did.

He had a fixed budget of what he could spend on a car, and had his heart set on Audi. When we found the 2001 A6 at your shop, he just loved it.

The fact that you knew so much about the history of the car, and had all the service records from the previous owner, spoke volumes.

Most places (and most private parties) don't keep service records because either they are lazy, or they didn't do the service on the car.

I was very impressed with the car, how clean it was, and the fact you were so easy to negotiate with, made buying a used car that much less stressful.

I wanted you to know just how much we appreciate you & your staff, and we will sure to be coming back if we are in the market again for a car.

I've been meaning to call you to tell you how happy we are about the entire purchase. It was easy from the start and the couple that transported the Q7 was also just as amazing.

They met us at the hospital because we were still here due to complications with Flo and our baby....just when we needed them the most, they came and prayed with me. 

I share my experience about your company and that couple that delivered our car with everyone.

I'm not sure if they were obligated to but the Q7 was filled with a full tank of gas. I have to tell you, the vehicle was immaculate! 

God is good, your company is the best and if we ever purchase another car again we will definitely purchase with you again!

Thank you for all of your help and please tell the couple tbat delivered our car that Bela's tests are great and we hope to take her home very soon, praying for good test results on Monday!
